BG MICRO

BG = Branding Guidelines. This package is suitable for a micro company: "one-man-band" company or very small team.

BG SMALL

BG = Branding Guidelines. This package is appropriate for a small sized company with basic needs. Not for product brands which need a different approach.

BG MEDIUM

BG = Branding Guidelines. Suitable for companies in general or, modified, for product brands (product brands have different needs, especially for packaging, etc.). For product brands we usually create separate branding guidelines. In any case, please contact us.

CVI

CVI = Corporate Visual Identity. This package is suitable for company or, modified, for brand.

*  Designed uniquely for you

We are 'old-school' and we create from scratch. We solve problems trough communication, analytical approach, knowledge, experience and competence. We don't use AI and we don't copy from the internet (AI in our business unfortunately means to Artificial Incompetence).

**  Concept proposals (quantity of)

Experience: almost never (in my 30-year work history) was it necessary to design more than 4 conceptual ideas (variants are another thing). Usually a few suffice.

*** Comparison / market study

When needed. Sometimes we do it on our own initiative, sometimes it is absolutely necessary for the strategy. This shows up at or after the first communication.

****  Elements

Elements (Core and Additional) are a mandatory part of the branding manual guidelines. They are the statements that everything is based on. They are not a matter for negotiating. Sorry.

How much does each option cost? Depending on the scope of work: very simple, one $ 100, "normal" $ 250 - 500 or more, depending on the work needed. For each it is also necessary to create also instructions / a plan for reproduction, etc .. Please contact us ('we bite only on Friday afternoon').

  1. Email signature, memorandum/letter (invoice etc)
    Everyone needs that. Even if you do not print letters and invoices (only send the PDFs), documents and electronic email signature must have a form.
  2. Company signboard
    In many countries, it is practically mandatory by law. Or: mandatory for retail stores (note: a glowing neon sign with your logo may not be a sufficient substitute). You may also need a mailbox label — if it’s not obvious that the mailbox belongs to your company.
  3. Printed matter (business/name cards, forms, delivery notes, business folders, etc.)
    Do you use them? Let us know. Some companies can’t function without printed materials or simply have a such workflow. It varies greatly. Sometimes, these simple printed materials can be very useful.
  4. Indoor signage
    Even if a micro company has more than just one office (one room), it is expected that it is clear who and/or what (department) is inside. So, it is kind of mandatory.
  5. Outdoor signage
    Directional signs along the road are almost essential, unless you don’t mind a driver calling you while you are in the middle of a meeting: "Hey, bro', where is your office? I'm kinda lost .."
  6. Premium gifts
    Usually, corporate or premium gifts are not part of the overall visual identity, with some exceptions, such as gift bags and gift packaging, pens, wine bottles, etc. If a company uses (gives) premium gifts, the manual should include the styling of the logo or brand, its placement, etc.
  7. Ads
    Ads and advertising in general, is a variable thing. However, we can define a concept for different types of ads: corporate ad, sales ad, and hiring ad. Advertising campaigns, etc. in general do not belong in the branding manual guidelines.
  8. Packaging (concept)
    This may include transport and small quantity packaging. But if a company manufactures and/or creates products under their own brand and there are several of them, a separate section or a separate branding identity is created for that brand.
  9. Website concept, UI for applications
    Design of a website is not part of the BG/CVI (Branding Guidelines/Corporate Visual Identity), but the concept can be included. The web evolves, albeit slower than, say, social media, but web technology advances (not to mention our habits regarding how we use them), so it’s generally known that websites last 5-7 years (max 10). After this period, it’s advisable to review and adapt its UX ("User eXperience") and, possibly, the UI ("User Interface" or visual appearance). Therefore, the manual can only include a website concept with guidelines to ensure the company or brand is recognised.
  10. Social media post concept
    Similar to ads, this can be primarily a visual concept for posts to ensure consistency and recognisability in social media.
  11. Video presentation concept
    Similar to websites, this can only include the visual concept for videos (e.g., "video thumbnails," style of graphic elements, etc.). Content (audio and video clips, etc.) does not belong to branding manual - it is left to the artistic creativity of video creators.
  12. Stamp, seal
    Stamps and seals are less common and are only needed for certain cases.
  13. Envelopes
    Do you still send documents by post or via email only?
  14. Locations and size ratios.
    Basic statements are included and sufficient. More detailed in higher-tier packages...
  15. General pricing comments
    The listed prices are for informational purposes only. The final price may be lower or higher than the suggested price, as the scope of work varies for each customer and is tailored to their specific needs.
    The proposed prices are valid from August 1, 2025, until revoked or until new prices are published. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). We conduct business almost exclusively with legal entities (i.e., "B2B" or "Business-to-Business"), where VAT is nearly always reclaimable as input tax or simply zero.     Prior to business agreement, the customer will receive a final offer, or a preliminary invoice, or sign a contract for the specific services, which may be identical or, more likely, customised for that particular customer.
